Black Forest specialties and much more
Our kitchen is regional and seasonal oriented. Enjoy fresh ingredients, for example, depending on the season from our own vegetable garden, self-picked mushrooms from the Black Forest and handmade German noodles, apple juice, brandy and jam. We mainly buy our meat products from our well known local butcher Alder in Bonndorf.

That's the Black Forest culture, nature bond, open, friendly. The lounge invites locals, friends, and visitors to enjoy the local beer, Rothaus Pils, selected regional wines and more with good food.

We also gladly serve you on our terrace (south side) in front of the house. Relax and take a break from daily life. Watch the sunset while we will take care of your physical well-being.
Enjoy the wonderful atmosphere in our large garden with children's playground. In the summer (June-Sept.), we organize here every Thursday evening a barbecue with specialties from the open fire and a fresh salad buffet.
